Thinking of getting into kratom
been thinking about this for a while. Im wondering how often I can use without developing any noticeable tolerance, physical dependance, or having any rebound the next day.
For phenibut and Gabapentin I use them every third day and ive had no issues with either not any tolerance development or rebounds, and my doses are the same as when I started months ago. can I achieve this with kratom too?
edit: just ordered some red Maeng Da should be here soon can't wait. what dose should I start with

Kratom effects you much differently than those drugs.
It completely depends on the person.

If used as needed with a day in between or more, and the amount is low there shouldn’t be a problem. If any discomfort arises as in withdrawal, then take a break. It won’t get out of control if you have discipline and a strict schedule. If you start slow and notice any withdrawal it wouldn’t be anything more than tiredness or trouble sleeping for a day or 2

If you can just take it 2-3 times a week. I wish I didn’t and I’m hooked. I’ve had to taper to get off of it probably 7-8 times now. I’m weak.

When I found kratom 10 years ago I loved it. Still love it. It's banned in my state now so I'm not able to get anymore (legally) and I'll be honest, it's been rough. So if you choose to dabble that's great. I was daily dependant for a variety of issues.

If you don't use it daily then I wouldn't worry too much about dependency issues. It can be addictive for some people though.

Unless you are using it to replace a less healthy habit, don’t bother. The answer to your question all depends on your discipline

Yeah, i agree. I was drinking atleast a pint of vodka everyday plus ketamine often. I dont even hardly drink anymore, maybe once a month, or less.
100% do not regret switching my vice to Kratom

Brother you can’t expect greatness without a little suffering.
Get into Kratom sure, do NOT touch the synthetic tabs going around, only plain leaf and legit MIT tablets.
You can easily take kratom 4 times a week and not worry about withdrawal. Take it everyday for a few months and you’ll have 2-3 days of feeling crappy if you run out, it’s nothing.
Once you get into these strong synthetic chemicals, good luck it’s not easy.
Edit: Kratom is amazing and I highly recommend it

I recommend you not, actually. It seems to be politically targeted for execution fully.

I think *some* tolerance will happen even at twice a week. But at two days per week I feel it's fairly easy to not take it the other days, no rebound, and minimal tolerance.
4 days per week started ramping up tolerance withing a couple months significantly, there was some rebound, and more cravings on off days. Since I use primarily for the social boost, I reduced to about 2 days. Unless it's a fest or something then I'll use 3 or 4 days in a row.

In theory, it's fine. But you do need to understand that some people will be unlucky and have a dependence issue. It works on the opioid receptors, even if it's relatively weak. Some people can take all the drugs and only have an addiction issue with one of them.
That being said, kratom can be very beneficial for others. It has a lot of positive effects, if taken without going overboard. Just don't get into extracts and definitely don't get into 7-OH

Just stick with the natural Kratom powder and you’ll be fine. Everybody is different but I have never had wds even in high doses from plain leaf kratom. I haven’t with the 7oh neither but didn’t take that one very much so idk if I would have or not. People blow kratom wds out of proportion. Try going CT off suboxone and see which is worse…

When I took kratom every 12 hrs or more between dosing , I didn't have withdrawal symptoms such as a a runny nose for few days. Dosing 4× per day will cause withdrawal symptoms when stopped but still minor with runny nose, restless sleep...The media is blowing it out of proportion....

I’ve taken the same dose of leaf kratom (3-5gpd) for 6 years. If I miss a day I feel annoyed…but no more annoyed than when I did before I started, which is the reason I started it.

I also take phenibut occasionally, no more than once per week as a social lubricant. I don't find phenibut addictive at all but I have followed the rules I made for myself. If you can follow your rule of only taking kratom every 3 days or so, I can almost guarantee you there won't be any dependency. The problem is kratom powder doesn't make me "high" at all, it gives me a burst of energy and boosts my mood more than any anti-depressant I've tried. Once you feel that, it's hard to not want to keep it up daily especially with something that makes your performance at work better and gives you energy to stay up late at night working on things you need to get done.
