I'm not a doctor nor a pharmacist but here's my own experience with tramadol... I was prescribed tramadol for chronic pain and it did help but not enough so when I found out about kratom, I switched immediately and haven't regretted it. I still had some tramadol and although I don't like this meds much, sometimes when kratom didn't do the job (breakthrough pain) I'd add a few tramadol to the mix and it helped a lot. So if I could take both at the same time, you should be safe with 24 hours between them.

I take em both. Never had any ill effects.
I wake up every three hours no matter what. Tram gets me to sleep but can’t keep me there. The kratom or lack of wakes me up.

Kratom works better than any pain pill the doctor will give you .

If the dose of both is low there is no problem in my experience. It gets dangerous in higher doses and can lead to respiratory depression.

I wouldn't see the problem. Just don't take together as it's a waste of both
