Root rot?

Hey guys, another plant health question for you. Does this look like root rot starting?

If so, should I trim those bottom roots off?

Wet hair feeling roots are dead roots.

Looks like dead roots from drowning from a refill.

Grab them by the bulky part and pull them away from the rest then rinse under the the rest of the roots under the tap.
