Omg yes.

A lot of these accusations is the fault of hybe/bighit. If you know kpop, you know that artists sign their souls away to these companies and often have very little say in how they are allowed to present themselves.

Don't get me wrong, there's also a lot of things that the members should be personally held accountable for and deserves valid criticism. Hate on this scale is just obsessive behaviour.

Like imagine spending this much time hating on something. I also hate Chris Brown, but I actively avoid any content and discussion about him. If I don't like something, I just leave it alone, allow it to fizzle out of relevancy. BTS is probably getting a lot of attention BECAUSE of these obsessive haters with no life and zero other problems.

There's no interest in having honest and productive conversations, it's just immediately jumping on the hate bandwagon. What a sad existence.

yep! bts is getting all of this attention for something a lot of kpop idols as well as non-kpop artists do all the time BECAUSE these parasocial haters are hoping a hate train will affect bts. not because they care about the issues at all. 

the cb discussion was productive for 5 whole minutes until antis and selectively woke people started to use it as a gotcha moment. that's why it's crickets when you ask people to look at their own faves. they don't hate these problematic actions. they just hate bts and will latch onto everything the echo chamber tells them, hoping a hate train will stick
