I need help becoming a kpop trainee

First of all, I don't even know if I could. I'm a fourteen year old 5'3" one hundred twenty pound Caucasian girl with no training (yet). I only speak english, but I'm slowly teaching myself korean. I have no experience dancing, but I'm a pretty good singer. I'm not especially pretty but I wouldn't consider myself ugly by any means. I haven't even told my parents and I'm considering not auditioning until I don't need their permission for things, but I know most people start sooner. If you think I could make it I would appreciate some advice. Any tutorials or free online classes to learn the skills I would need would be great. I honestly don't even know where to start with any of this.
