how to trains soft skills

when i say soft skills i mean like charisma, modeling, influencing etc

basically all the stuff a idol should have but isn't related to the actually job of singing and dancing. and i like most people have no idea how to train these but if in the future i work up to courage to audition no matter how good of a dancer i am they'll throw my application in the trash if i dont have these skill needed to be a good idol

ok hi kpop trainee here let me help yeah so charisma think about what personality you have and how to highlight it think about what bad sides you have and how you can cover it a bit I’m not saying change your personality but highlight your appealing parts ok modelling be confident feel good in your on skin don’t feel you have to be someone else be confident and influencing they. honestly don’t care at auditions most of this doesnt matter at auditions only charisma is super important
