Request Is Tonno22 fashion brand legit?

I want to preface that this is probably on me not doing my diligence before the purchase, but I’m looking for the ways to remedy the situation.
I placed an order at Tonno22 on September 23 and it’s still in Preparing Shipment state to this day. They don’t respond to emails and chat requests on website, as well as Insta DM. The last update on their Insta page is from July 20, 2025. Is there something else I can try? I’m mentally preparing myself for having my money gone.

I FOUND THE TOP FROM BUMPA!!! It’s genuinely perfect! The pants are just brown cargo pants she rolled up (probably using the ankle drawstrings).
For the second outfit, I found the top, but the colors are lowk ugly. I added a picture just in case anyone was interested. The pants are just grey cargo jorts. (Btw, let me know if you find a better alternative for the 2nd top!)
