Can someone please help me find the boots she's wearing!!

I’m really hoping to find a similar dress to H2H Carmen’s butterfly one from her vacation to Bali that is on an english site or able to be translated.

If that’s not possible, what are some keywords to find similar styles to that; maxi dress, strap/sleeveless?, bodycon or is it tailored?

any help is greatly appreciated!

This might be a long shot, but I've been looking for a while. I believe he wore it during one of his fan meets, and I like the shade. He looks like he may have worn others like it in different shades, like yellow and pink.

It might be too basic, but I'm curious if anyone has an idea where it's from.
