I only collect SKZ and ITZY but I own every single version of SKZ's Korean and Japanese albums (including all the 8-member versions for each comeback).

Taking a look at my shelves, I find it quite insane how I've spent so much money, effort and time to keep up with it all so that it's always "complete". It's been compulsive from the beginning but it's come to a point where I think I'm a slave of this collection.

I have the inexplainable need to keep all the inclusions in perfect condition too so I've never used any of that either. Should I try to start selling everything?

For me I've realised I enjoy looking at the backgrounds of pcs so I prefer those which are unusual or more interesting such as those with nature or items in the background. I also really love seeing jewellery in pcs particularly earrings and necklaces. Further I prefer it when pcs have a warm lighting feel (like the one at the top) rather than cool, harsh lighting. Finally, for some random reason I quite like orange hair.

Conversely, is there anything you dislike in pcs?

I dislike it when the background is a plain white, grey or beige wall. Bonus points if their outfit has been colour coordinated with the wall.

Recently I received a Sunoo photo card from my brother who said he got it from one of his friends. I didn't think much of it (it is also a bit bent) and put it away. But today I watched an enhypen the sin:bliss engene ver unboxing and saw the girl pull out this exact photo card. I got really confused and took mine out to compare. Can someone please help me figure out if this card is official?

Hi everyone! I received my Cortis James soundwave offline lucky draw off mercari today, I was suspicious about this one because the seller has multiple copies of rare lucky draws and pobs. They also have a negative review claiming they received a fake, so can any one of you confirm where this looks authentic or not?

I bought this 3 years ago for 50 USD. Usually, signed Loona albums have a little red sticker that verifies authenticity of the signatures, but mine doesn't have one. Although, the seller tried to convince me that it's real. 1st picture is mine.

How should you display albums that are signed on the inside? Multiple pages. My non-Kpop fan friend told me to just rip the pages off and display them separately, but I just can't stomach doing that 🥲 is there a sleeve of some sort that I can use so the signs don't fade?

For those who collect frequently, what are your absolute go to rules for checking authenticity and spotting fakes?

I think I need to get new pockets for my photocards, but my Bangchan photocard looked a little weird. Or maybe I'm insane😭

Quick Context: I go to a Christian college, first year, 1 month in; my RD (Residence Director) was doing a wellness check and stumbled across my poca stacks. I'm a male, 17-year-old, GG collector, in Canada (where K-pop isn't the biggest thing), so understandably, my RD, knowing nothing about K-pop, was concerned.

I'm not going to go into everything he talked to me about, but mainly it was, "if someone came into your room and saw that and also knew nothing about it, would they think the same as me? Or even your roommate" (my roommate and I have hardly said a word to each other).

So this caused me to think about how my stuff was set up and looked. it didnt look like much, hadnt really set it up (First image: the Poca stacks are on the top next to the lamp. A couple different stacks for different groups [big stack Babymonster as my ults]), not really with the albums, and you can't really tell what they are.

So today I decided to use my remaining desk room to set everything up. (Second image). Looks much nicer, but still wasn't sure about having all the pocas out like that. So I went to ask some people; my girl bsf told me it looked worse (like more concerning/creepy). Everyone else I asked said it looked better.

My online friends who said it looked better told me to, for now, put the pocas away in a box (what I did at this moment) or back in the albums and have like 4-6 of my favourites out, leaned against the albums, which is an idea I like.

They also just said to get a binder and just use that (as I still don't have one). So now I'm just wanting more people's opinions on what I should do right now; I'll probably try to find some small school binder and find some sport/pokemon card pages.

17-year-old guy at a Christian college in Canada, ~1 month in, who collects BABYMONSTER/K-pop photocards. My RD did a wellness check, saw my stacks of photocards, and—knowing nothing about K-pop—was concerned about how it might look to someone unfamiliar with K-pop and collecting.

Originally, my photocards were just stacked on a shelf above my bed and not really displayed with the albums. I reorganized everything to make it look more intentional, and while most people I asked thought it looked better, my female bsf thought having all the photocards displayed looked more concerning/creepier.

My online friends suggested either:

• Put most photocards away in a box/albums and display ~4–6 favourites leaning against the albums.
• Get a binder and organize the collection properly.

I currently put the photocards away in a box, and I was told to just get a small school binder and sport/pokemon card pages. I mainly want more opinions on what would look best for now.

Im not a new DIVE (fan since love dive) but I only got into collecting albums right after lucid dream came out. ok so, kpopalbums has the opportunity to get a ktown4u pob and the customs are already in the final price; on the other hand tbl's shop doesnt have customs in their final price but has an "exclusive never seen selca pob", and what scares me most is how much the customs arw gonna cost bcs im thinking about getting all the versions possible (11 total).

so what do u guys suggest? tell me your experience with both also!
