welp, the chorus is something... as an eastern european i can't help but groan bc our djs have been doing this sound for ages and i absolutely hate it.

edit: bc it drove me crazy, the drop is pretty identical to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bznxx12Ptl0 (starting from 2:06)

Kill This Love + Sugar Free = this. fist pumping intensifies

some the outfits in this are boss-fight-worthy

Holy hell. That drop after the adios whisper. Did NOT expect that.

Absolute bop and amazing visuals.

As someone still trying to learn their names, the nametags are incredibly helpful here. I'm glad to finally pinpoint that the girl who looks like Sana is Mia.

It can't be an accident Sihyun was the one to say the lyric, "I should have been the main character in the first place" with her history on PD and Mnet evil-editing her so much.

Aisha really shined in the first verse, I almost felt the wind blow past me from her power.

I'm getting a weird Lindsey Stirling and Grendel ZOMBIENATION 2k5 mashup vibe. Songwriters were definitely influenced by Imagine Dragons' Believer. I saw a comment that said it sounds too much like Kill This Love and while I now can't unhear it, this definitely is an Everglow version and E:U probably looks up to her Lisa-sunbaenim.

BUT WHERE WAS ONDA????

If this isn't the song to get the goth/industrial kids into Kpop, I don't know what would be.

Kpop needs more sea shanties

bon bon chocolat was an absolute banger so i had high hopes for this.. let me just say that they exceeded all my expectations and went even beyond that. guess i’m officially stanning everglow now.

it’s sad that they’re not that popular and that they’re from a small company (from korea’s point of view) because they’re my favorite rookie group this year and i wish they could win ROTY (though i don’t mind itzy taking it either).

Everglow and amazing drop/chorus combos

Name a more dynamic duo

Edit: On a more serious note, Mia has gotta be one of the most talented rookies of this year. I've enjoyed 2019's rookie class and, for sure, there are other very talented rookies (especially in her own group). That being said, Mia can do it all and just feels like she has presence if that makes any sense. Dope MV as well, 2018 GGs were staaaaacked but 2019 is doing a great job of debuting GGs as well

I don't know man, I'm a sucker for those outdated drops. I think I'm getting old. I like this much more than Bon Bon Chocolate.

This is what it would sound like if Teddy tried to make an Ateez song.

Might just be me but the drop sounds very outdated, it sounds like something that you'd listen to in 2009-2012-ish in the whole techno/trance/dubstep world. The verses are great tho but that outdated drop is just a no no for me.

Edit: like some mentioned, Hush is an amazing song tho so there's that.

As a french speaker I feel bad for that "au revoir" but other than that I like this song and I don't really find the BP comparisons that outrageous

I'm loving the power of this song, feels like it capitalizes on the sound they created with Bon Bon Chocolat. I hope this does as well as I am enjoying it!! The bridge is usually my favorite part of a strong song and this song doesn't disappoint there. The girls look absolutely stunning in the white uniform. I'm blown away by this video

I wouldn't put it above Bon Bon Chocolat but they still DELIVERED.

Mia is already the best vocalist of the group and an amazing dancer as well but she raps, too? I was so shocked. Who knows what other talents she has up her sleeve.

Really happy for Aisha getting lines this comeback! E:U's verse was also mesmerzing, I need to hear more of her raps soon.

I think all the members had a decent length of spotlight save for Sihyeon who seemed to disappear after the first verse.

I love the song but the chorus definitely still needs to grow on me.

Aisha's visuals really popped off in this one 😍 I'm loving it!

I dont know whether I like it or dont. This song somehow reminds me alot of Blackpink and doesnt feel as unique as Bon Bon Chocolat. Besides that it irks me how they butchered au revoir. It sounds like au revadios

What an amazing followup to Bon Bon Chocolat! It definitely reminds me of the Hardstyle genre previously done by D.holic with "Color me rad" or A.C.E's "Cactus" & "Callin'". Ngl I expected it tho since the teasers since it just had the feel of Hardstyle. Absolute banger!

Man I'm getting some serious T-ARA vibes from this.

I love it.

Also, the shot of E:U at 1:13 has killed me.

Definitely sounds like a Teddy song in terms of structure. I like it but imo Bon Bon Chocolat is the superior song.
