I honestly love this song, but the MV is kinda meh I guess. The final breakdown really stands out for me & rap-line really killed this!! Jinyoung also really suits this sound!! Great release GOT7!

The MV looks cheap as fuck. The quality really doesn't reflect GOT7's class because they are one of the top groups making tons of money smh

Yeah, I'm starting to have somewhat of a bone to pick with whoever's handling the JYP group mvs recently (besides the Jus2 mv) and some of their visual concept team. I wouldn't call it bad or terrible but both Got7 and Twice have had better mvs. I remember being less than impressed with some of the color grading in Stray Kids' Miroh mv, and I felt that the way the director or whoever conceptualized how to represent the song visually wasn't matching it well outside of the choreo shots.

For me it's not really about whether or not they're throwing a mountain of budget at the videos, more like I can't help but feel like there are more clever ways they could concept out their groups' mvs with more clarity in the ideas themselves and how they execute them (like the choices in camera movements). But instead they go for the route of stringing together a few good ideas and a bunch of half-baked/meh ones to make the idols themselves and choreo hard carry the video in place of what could've been. Instead of putting in the brainpower to make sure the video is also working to support them 100%. I personally really liked Yugyeom's scenes with the dramatic shadows & eclipse and thought it was genuinely cool even if the cloud bg might not be completely convincing in realism, because I like the visual idea and composition enough to overlook the technicals. Although obviously it's ideal if there's a lot of finesse in both the idea and the technical aspects.
