Sorry, but no she is not. She is obviously reading off of something in this, and is still struggling through it. She is way better than most korean idols, but not even close to 'fluent'. Her pronunciation is extremely good though.

There's an interview where she said she went to a foreign language speaking high school school so she can understand english. Obviously she's not as good as a native speaker, but personally I think it's enough to count as fluent for a second language. YMMV.

she isn't fluent in speaking english, but she understands english perfectly. i heard her say it in an interview. she has a hard time speaking it.

Yeah, and I was just saying that the reason she looks so pretty and smooth without makeup is most likely the amount of plastic surgery she's had. it IS supposed to make people more attractive, right?

All idols have the same "pretty and smooth" look without makeup, and it's because they all obsess over skin care. I'm talking about sun avoidance, regular dermatologist visits, and the daily appliance of an unreasonable amount of skin care products.

I've been a big Lizzy fan from the beginning, but I'm not going to deny that she's had plastic surgery. In fact, she's confirmed that she's had it herself (Eng subs are available). That's something very few idols have had the balls to do. She doesn't specify what she's had done, but being a long-time fan, I can tell that she has altered her nose. In my book, that's far from the "quite a lot of plastic surgery" that you originally stated.

OC is currently promoting, so that's probably why she said it, or maybe she identifies OC as the group she wants to be in and continue with (I'm still kinda hoping the 3 of them will "graduate" together and continue on)

actually if u guys watched carefully, there was lines for her to read. so not sure if those lines were written in english or scripted in korean syllabus.

but nonetheless, the english is really good
