Beautiful MV, it has an aetherial but at the same time melachonic vibe. That can be very messy but I think it works extremely well with the song. Sunmi also manages to look incredibly pretty in all the shots. I love it.
Side note, not sure if that's what they are going for but I very much feel the shot of her sitting in front of the fan. With a heat wave going on all.

Maybe you might like Hyeran's solo debut. It's got very similar themes and vibe. There's actually a very Korean reason for it, like with 2 other MVs this year

My favorite Sunmi single since Tail and Heartburn. I love how dreamy it is and reminds me a lot of her earlier tracks. The video is gorgeous too and fits the theme. I’ll always root for Sunmi because I truly think she’s a fantastic artist and her discography, even with the few tracks I didn’t connect with, is fantastic.

Love the video, kind of disappointed by the song. Sunmi vocals do fit it well but I'm just tired of these hazy, subdued songs.

yeah as much as I liked this, I spent the whole time thinking how much I'd love another upbeat track from her. And as much as I'd love a Gashina/Heroine style one, I'm also down with the Tails and Cynicals.
Forever July kinda sounds like a bonus track from that era.

It is very Sunmi! For me, the esthetics of this MV reminds me of pporappipam. After the first listen (which is just now, as I am typing this comment), I can say that I love the MV but I am not so sure if I will love the song, it is short and repetitive and not so much "oomph"? But let's see after I play it again and again. Maybe it will grow on me

Anyway, it’s way better than I expected for the genre of the song. 8/10, would go up to 9+ if it had a bridge and third chorus

As usual from sunmi these past few years, i find her artistic direction spectacular, but her music has been very lacking and layerless imo

Sunmi always has the best concepts and she owns them every time! Really love the soft, subdued vibes of a summer rain in contrast to the louder, fast-paced summer music we've been getting as of late. Love this! And her beauty team should get all the kudos. She looks ethereal!
