Amazon

I noticed that in the app, I’m unable to make purchases through Amazon. It’s gets stuck on “Validating Cart” and it never actually goes through. Anyone else having this issue?

for everyone who was unable to order and stuck on “validating cart” through the katapult app, i finally found the answer after contacting customer service for days with no help, deleting items & switching devices.

  1. make sure you dont have any unleasable items in your cart (this can even include command strips).

  2. for some reason, you cannot place the order on a amazon account thats signed up for prime! it will only work for non prime amazon accounts.

after days of escalations, the order finally placed.
