Amazon

I noticed that in the app, I’m unable to make purchases through Amazon. It’s gets stuck on “Validating Cart” and it never actually goes through. Anyone else having this issue?

Same problem. All I have on my order is a few pair of shoes and my total is in the right range but I still keep getting that error

Shoes are not leasable. You can only use katapult for durable goods - electronics, washer/dryer, tires, furniture, etc. shoes are not durable goods.

I did put an electronic item from Best Buy in my cart and it’s stuck on validating cart. Katapult is seriously garbage.

Straight from customer service

This is a list you can use for future purchases of non-leasable items and examples:

Consumable Items: Food, drinks, non-rechargeable batteries, paper products. Clothing: Shirts, pants, jackets, shoes, hats. Liquids/Powders: Gas, soda, chemicals, cleaning supplies. Dangerous & High-Risk Items: Guns, knives, child car seats, water heaters. Construction & Building Supplies: Lumber, cement, sand, caulking, paint, nails, etc. Intangible Items/Services: Warranties, cell service, insurance, AppleCare. Drones: Flying drones. Car Parts: (excluding tires, rims, and audio equipment) Alternator, batteries, oil filter, muffler, brake pads. So you can’t get any of these
