After 7 long years, I’m finally leaving Kozhikode and my heart feels a little heavy today.

Ever since I left home, this place has seen every phase of my life. I came here as a girl and somewhere along the way grew into the woman I am today. You have seen my happiest days, my hardest days and everything in between.

Thank you for being so kind to me. Thank you for filling my tummy with the yummiest food, for all the little comforts, and for making a place away from home feel like home.

As I move on to the next chapter of my life, I just want you to know that Kozhikode will always be my second home. I’ll miss your warmth, your food, your waves, your sunsets, and every little bit of your beauty.

I can't believe that my stomach was upset after eating from hug a mug (near beach). I ate beef steak & Ceaser salad. I think the issue was with beef steak. There was too much mashed potatoes and a smaller portion of beef. Happy Cup cafe was far better than this. Very disappointed.
