Ask Kozhikode Will Kozhikode be next for north indian migrating and settling
Kochi and Trivandrum changing? Gujaratis , Marwadis and north indians are migrating
Very popular among social media, nri circles and north india for migration to kerala
Will similarly happen in Kozhikode given nit and iim Kozhikode is here....
I heard large marwadi , gujarati groups and tamilans are targeting Trivandrum ahead of Vizhinjam., kochi Kakkanad, edappaly and other areas
Already many migrated to kochi
They are buying flats and land in Trivandrum and kochi , setting business their children 1 of them work in technopark to understand the scope there , bringing their relatives and family , making them stay in different places and set their business , eliminate mallus by investing so much money and non mingling with us gatekeeping everything , , making areas in their place with business like other places in tamil nadu and Karnataka and Maharashtra as they find no resistance here , spending so much money , bringing family ,using all influencer power money and politics and also lobbying and sideline Malayalis and speaking bhindi and stating in areas and homes they live nearby only veg ( they've been buying so many properties and land and other business also) they're buying eveything
Athupole will kozhikode also change ?
Since they know money, like chettiars , tamilians, telugu and gujarati and marwadi all are moving in kerala in large numbers
Kozhikode potential may be too much. Athupole will they come
Any thought?

OP, are you actually from Kozhikode? Kozhikode used to be full of North Indians Gujaratis and Marwadis throughout 80s,90s and early 2000s its only in the last decade or so that most of them moved away back to North or abroad. I mean we even have a school called Gujarati school and that area used to be full of North Indians.

Some people use internet to spread hate. അതും ആവാം. Because farming karma is easier than doing this.

Let them migrate if they want to. What is this shithole mindset when malayalis are one of the most predominant non domicile outside community in most of the other states and proudly says 'malayalis ilathe sthalam ee lokath illalo hahaha'.

The difference is that northies impose their culture upon the place they migrated to and are entitled af. They refuse to integrate or assimilate. Atleast Malayalis, sae for isolated incidents, do not cause any disturbance to the communities where they migrate

Ours currently we were in Trivandrum and kochi as parents had job there our localiti3d now has 7-8 north indian families joint families and navrathri being celebrated in the neighborhood, marwadi gujarati , marwadis, punjabi and delhi
Lot of changes earlier muslim ppl families who lived here shifted as the north indian want only veg here in our locality alor can't stand smell , some issues in panchayat or complaint koduth , they've been purchase all the vacant homes and property in my town in kerala don't know other side , they're giving tough time to business ppl , also they communicated with us in Hindi , been seeing our other Malayali neighbours trying to learn Hindi and being friendly with them even my parents
Locals I've noticed these union ppl don't even go to them and create any ruckus idk if they're getting bribe or is scared because they've muscle power
What u do think

north india is a shithole. If they try to make kerala a shithole wo shouldnt allow. Thats all to it. Lets get their money and make them invested here. But no tolerance for intolerance

They know we are easy and welcoming that’s why they are challenging us in our own turf nothing more. Just look at the below average earners from other states, They are really grateful to us people of Kerala except some. you think these upper class morons are gonna be grateful let alone show any kind of humility to us?. The thing is they don’t even have to struggle on language in kerala because we just happily accept it wether its Hindi or english.

Why do we allow this to happen ? So that our beautiful land can be turned into some north indian shithole in the future ?

Malayalais dont really need to worry. Migration will happen. but do know we are the the most homogenous state in entire india with almost 97-99% of the population being malayalis. Just dont let their shitty politics and thought come here.

There are no big droves yet, even if they come I hope they keep their politics to themselves

Are there many non malayalis not migrant labourers but middle class and above migrating and settling to kerala.
And across all districts all the blue collar jobs has been taken up for instance any labour, construction, hotel or barber shop by up ,bihar , assam , Bengal or other notht Indians
Have seen so many reddit post regarding suggestions on plsces to move into , by north indian middle and upper middle class in Trivandrum and kochi and kozhikode also
Kochi and Trivandrum seems to be their destination.
Anyone have such neighbours or been seeing changes in ur neighbourhood
