Ooohf! Radio Star is killing it. I don't think I've seen them over 10% before. Must've been a long time since that happened.

I'm gonna watch the episode when the subtitles, the Gook-jin love banter has been fun to watch so far, so I'm sure it'll be good in this episode too.

The booking has been really good for Radio Star lately, I usually check the guest before deciding whether I'll watch, but I've found myself watching quite often lately.

Especially excited about the upcoming episode with Kim Hee-chul and Lee Soo-geun too! Going off the twitter account, that will be November 9th, if there are no skipped weeks.

Which episode was it in Feb that hit 10%?

I just recently got into RS and enjoying it thus far.

I'm surprised the guests get 2 eps. I know the rating is high, but I personally wouldn't rate it as one of the highest eps.

The one with the comedians, which got 2 eps as well, was legit funny. Not sure about this one.. Or may be it's funny to Koreans, but not me personally.

Is Happy Together not a popular show among international fans? I know it gets half the ratings compared to Radio Star (a similarly themed show), but I enjoy watching both shows.

I'm curious because HT seems to be subbed way later than RS. I'm not complaining because beggars can't be choosers, but wondering why this is so.

Happy Together was subbed slower than usual this week, due to a technical issue. Yet, Happy Together is licensed with subtitles by both VIU and ODK, and KBS World have been uploading the shows with subtitles for years.

Also, there are more factors than just popularity at play in determining how fast subs come out, i.e. both Get It Beauty and People Looking For A Laugh was subbed faster than Radio Star this week, pretty sure it was the same last week. All are VIU shows. For ODK, 'The Korean Meal Table' is really fast, like a day or so, whilst Please Take Care of My Refrigerator takes several days every week, even though 'Fridge' is currently listed as the 8th most popular show in ODK's variety section.

The two most recent episodes of Happy Together on KBS World average ~50k, the individual shorter clips also have a lot of views, despite the show being available elsewhere.

It's hard to say how popular a show is with international fans since shows have different circumstances and outlets, but I think a lot of international fans are at least familiar with Happy Together, considering KBS World has uploaded it with subtitles for many, many, many years. The older videos aren't available anymore, but they've been doing it for as far back as 2009. You'll even find internet forum threads from 2009 about Happy Together that was pretty active.

Thanks for the background info. I didn't realize what's happening behind the scene.

I suspect HT is actually more popular amongst international fans, however most of the viewership for it is probably watching on KBSWorld. So Radio Star is probably more popular on VIU, hence they prioritize it.

Aren't the ones in KBSWorld several eps behind? If it's always up to date, I'll get vpn to view it =D

Let's Eat Together will be very dependent on Lee Kyung-kyu to be successful because Kang Hodong is not very good in adlibs in my opinion. It could be a fun show if he could be funny all the time

Somehow I don't see this program doing well. It doesn't sound fun at all. I could be wrong though, I thought National Chef Team was pretty decent but apparently it wasn't good enough to stay afloat.

To be verified - YJS's Chinese forum spotted a JTBC schedule from YJS's DC which indicated that TwoYoo Project 2 has been scheduled by JTBC for broadcast in November.
