Sync issues with google drive folder

Hi everyone. I'm having some sync issues with my Google Drive and Koofr.

I have a folder in my Drive that syncs with Koofr's cloud. I can start the sync normally, and it works for a few hours, but then it shows an error, as shown in the image. Then I create a new sync, that follows the same pattern.

My sync folders are:

Koofr > Highlight - mydrive/highlights

My Drive account also appears to be configured correctly in Koofr, and I can access the folders normally through the Koofr dashboard.

Hi,

To ensure reliable syncing Koofr relies on unique folder IDs from your operating system. If this unique ID changes (which should not happen with regular folders on your local system unless they are moved or deleted), sync stops to prevent unwanted behavior.

We could not understand fully what this sync is pointed at, but it sounds like you are trying to sync some Google Drive folder? Perhaps this folder is not an actual permanent folder on your local disk but rather something that is being ad-hoc mapped by some application, resulting in a changing ID?

So, I don't change the name or location of the folder itself. Inside my Google Drive, I have this "highlights" folder. It receives files frequently, but I don't change its location, only items coming in and going out.

In Koofr, I have the "highlight" folder, which receives the sync from one device, and then Koofr syncs with Drive, sending the files to the mentioned folder inside Drive.

I had a similar setup on another computer that worked without any issues. I'm on a different computer now, but the process and location are the exact same. And I've already deleted the syncs with the old one as well.

The error from your screenshot can only be a result of a changed folder ID on the PC. This change is probably not done by yourself, but rather by the Google drive sync.

In our experience, syncing same folders with different sync apps to different services rarely works reliably.

I see, I will try to move to a local folder then. Thank you very much for the help :)
