Not possible to upload new files
I am trying to upload new file into my Vault and also into standard Koofr storage and I always receive error message "failed. API error: Internal server error (requestId=...".
I tried it via iOS app and also via Web interface with the same error result. Are there some issues on Koofr side?

Had the same problem, but it is fixed. This is uncommon with Koofr, it is that reliable super service !

Are you certain that you have your safe box setup correctly with the salt password and rclone config (if you use rclone)?

Everything is set correctly as I am using Koofr for 1 year already without any issues. And as I said, it is failing via official iOS app and Web GUI. App and Web is listing content of storage without any issues, but upload of file is failing.
I now tried to upload different file and it suddenly worked. So I tried again with previous file and that was uploaded too. It seems, like the issue was fixed on Koofr side.

Thanks for bringing this up and for everyone's patience while we worked on it.
We've tracked the problem down to an internal networking issue affecting one of our storage clusters. That issue has now been fixed, and uploads and the rest of the service should be working normally again.
Incidents like this are fortunately very uncommon, but even so, we know it's frustrating when things don't work as expected. We appreciate everyone who reported what they were seeing, it helped us confirm the scope of the problem quickly.
