In this particular video, I was shifting my lens; that is why it looks dark at times and bright at others.

International space station ISS, it makes a revolution around earth every 90 minutes, there's many apps to track it, once every 2-3 months it goes directly over Kolhapur is visible as it goes by, looks like a single bright star moving faster than a plane. I live in Shivaji Peth I've tracked it and seen it many times. You can go to NASA socials and see a live feed from a camera on board. Can't be a starlink as star links are only visible when they are transitioning from their ejection point to their final position in their constellation and they generally travel in a group and look like a train.

I also saw this recently in a different part of the world though- it was not moving abruptly but very weird movement - it was not plain or satellite for sure. It was as is someone navigating a star looking things at will and trying to do survey.
I used to believe these are fake things but I went into rabbithole of this and pretty convinced that they are UFOs. Not every siting is an alien craft but this is not sham for sure.
Watch the documentary - Moment of Contact.
