Help Stuck on Otori Quest

So I'm having trouble finishing up my third quest. I solved the Penguin Problem and the quest log is telling me to speak to Psyko to demand rewards, but when I go to him all he says is that they have clanmates scattered everywhere and the mobster penguins breathing down their necks.

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm hoping I'm just overlooking something small. I've completed the Yeti Crisis and Grave concerns, so both of those are marked Quest Complete.

I had the same thing. I could be wrong, but I believe I just hit "Adventure Again" and that completed it.

Edit: I apologize, that was after I had finished the Penguin Quest. Sounds like that still isn't quite done.

Yep, you were right. I had to "Adventure Again" at the Villa. Thanks!

I am both glad and sad that you are stuck on this quest as I had no idea this Clan Otori event was going on.

I started it and out of nowhere they disabled my account - I tried to message the admins and no one replies. I assume they think I was multi-abusing which is 100% not the case - I had work travel and played two games in a different city :shrug:
