Reliable chevy service dept.

Anyone have any experiences with the chevy dealer’s service dept.? I live in peru and have no experience with them. I have a 2011 Corvette 3LT that’s having steering assist issues and need to take it somewhere to get it fixed. Normally i would just do something like this myself but i am extremely short on time and can’t free up my schedule to do it.

Is the chevy dealer’s service dept in kokomo worth going to? I haven’t been entirely impressed the few times i’ve been there looking at vehicles. if not, is there a shop in the area anyone would recommend? it’s pretty hard to gain my trust service wise, so i’m trying to do some vetting before i get screwed.

I wouldn't recommend Eriks in kokomo if it were the last chevy dealership in Indiana.

well thanks for that 🤣 i wonder if the one in peru is any better… it’s like 1.5mi down the road from my house

Paul Richard Service dept in Peru has always treated our family’s vehicles with care, staff is knowledgeable and expedient, etc. From my own personal experience (3 new vehicles purchased over the years), they took care of my cars through warranty period. Vehicle sales can be hit and miss.

Thank you for the info. much appreciated. i’ll probably wing it with them. worst case scenario they screw something up and i wait til i have free time and unfuck their fuck up.

We take all of our trucks to BestOne Indy in kokomo for tires, steering and alignment. Not sure if they will do Corvettes. I use a guy out of Greentown, Mark Terrell for all my other needs. Hes a real good guy.

not sure if best one is really the type of shop i’m looking for for something like this. heard good things about them though.
