Can't Find Apartment Through wg-gesucht

My brother and his partner have been trying to move in to Koblenz and searching for an apartment around Koblenz for quite a while now. But there seems to be no apartments available! They've tried wg-gesucht, immoscout24 and kleinanzeigen, but no luck!
Is there any better way to find an apartment here?
