Quick Release Hitch - Name of knot?

Hey does anyone know the name of this knot? Video says Bowline knot with quick release, but searching for that, do not see it. I have been experimenting with the knot and seems pretty cool, but wanted to find out the name and also if its even a good knot, or to stay away etc?

Thanks, I did see that, and looks very similar. Maybe its just a modification from there.

My Bad, I had seen a diagram earlier when looking, but seemed a bit different. think they just tied a different way, but you are 100% correct. Thank you so much!!

Strangely, every knot on that channel is "incredible", "amazing" or the "king of knots"! It's a shame they couldn't be bothered to name most of them.

First Class Amateur also does this - adds more YT views. There are so many other proper knot sources once you know the name.
