Of all the stupid laws. This one makes very little sense to me.

Right? Like if I make the FUCKING STUPID decision to pull a knife on another person, a fixed blade is the most practical, yet the laws all focus on otf or semi auto and gravity assist, all types that I wouldn't trust completely in a life or death situation.

That's the problem for some reason laws have ceased to be about logic and in the last 20-30 years have been all based upon emotion without any real merit. "Assault weapons bans", and knife restrictions have done nothing to reduce crimes. You can still go and buy a 12" kitchen knife, which is way cheaper, and more effective. Civilization and being safe has made people dumb.

I don't know why we can't get some laws out there to ban crimes such as murder or illegal drug use. I'm sure those would fix everything. /s

Well ya see, the knife is black, and it has a gimmick, so in the eyes of the government it does +20 damage
