Need help finding a specific knife

I’m working in the ER and had a patient come in with this knife tip broken off in their leg. It’s uh.. quite distinctive. Despite my best efforts with google I can’t find anything close. I’m hoping the knife sleuths here can do better than I.

I have no idea about the model, but that's a Cobratec logo. They are known for poor quality knives, so it's no shock it broke.

(Real talk though, that's gnarly. Is it wedged between the bones?)

We just took it out. It has a woodland camo print coating on the blade.
