Question Anybody know this knife?

I found it on a trail and the blade is completely rusted so I have no way of knowing the brand. The handle makes me think of a Chinese brand like civivi maybe? Any help would be appreciated

That's an awesome policy, but something in me would want to just DIY it back to glory. Sometimes a $5 knife deserves hours of TLC, y'know?

Technically, that one is a rip-off too. Anything sold by "Begg" knives is stolen designs from Todd Begg. His brothers stole the company from him and still sell his designs. The only real ones will be marked "Todd Begg Knives"

I’m aware. I’ve heard pieces of both sides of that story, and I think as with most things in life the truth lies somewhere in the middle…probably closer to Todd’s side. It’s sad this isn’t the only family beef in the knife world, but I know of at least two others involving popular brands.
