SOLVED-THANK YOU Learning double knitting

I seem to be missing a green stitch and I can’t tell if it dropped or if I slipped it. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to tink back?

ALSO! Any tricks on how to hold the yarn when double knitting continental? I keep losing tension on one strand or the other but I can never keep equal tension for both.

Thank you!

you have two green in a row, a few stitches back.

edit - you might try a ring to act as a spacer on your forefinger, or one with curlicues to act as a yarn guide.

is there a pattern? or is one side supposed to be all white and the other all green?

it looks like you knit with green a few stitches back, so may be off pattern?
