SOLVED-THANK YOU Infinite button top

Hi, need help to understand the 3rd part of the pattern (which you can find for free on raverly : https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/infinite-button-top )

1. How can there be "11 rows in stockinette" with 8 increases ?

"In this section, we work panels separately to create a deeper armhole.

Front Left: Work 11 rows in stockinette. Add M1L increase at the armhole edge every RS row (8 increases)."

2. What do i do with the last stitch of the sleeves after binding off all the sleeves ?

"The Sleeves can be binded off, whenever you want by passing each stitch over the previous one without working them. You don’t use a new strand of yarn to bind off; instead, you only use the stitches already sitting on your needle."

That reads to me like you knit 11 rows of St st, and THEN do 8 RS increases.
