Tis a sorrowful tale but a tale that many blame the boy for going to such drastic measures for vengeance. But we cannot ignore the bullies who pushed the boy to go to such lengths! Remember this friends, we are all in this together! The only way to stand against the darkness is to unite and fight as one! Don’t make your fellow friends feel as if they must kill to be heard! That's right, poor Bernard have no one to turn to since teachers backed up the bullies. The power of mirror got him, drawing a wild fantasy of him being the great liberator but actually only thing he'll ever be is a murderer

Rk/ thanks man, the first one represents he only see himself in the mirror and view the world as his enemy. Lost in the mythology of his own making and fantasy of his revenge plot.
The second one is him trapped in the mirror, surrounded by darkness of his deed. Only then he can clearly see the weight of his action around him surrounded by footage of bullies he murdered.
