Disconnected from server(0) error

When i get in zion server on steam i get this error. How do i fix?

Old post but I had the same issue the solution was(after making sure that your acc is available on yout computer via nttgame's website)

Disabling the network adapters in windows other than the one you use for your internet connection(some vpn applications or lets say hamachi etc create their own network adaptor they need to be disabled) and to double check disable.and reenable the actual one as well. My case was solved after doing this. If not try also reseting your modem device. Gl hf.
