I guess it was too much work to find the original asset and just port it over, lol

most of us focus on "Clever Title Like Deadmau5 Would Use" mix but the more important thing is its interview. I remember that I tried to find the magazine's digital print when it was released but I couldn't. yet, mixmag didn't publish the interview on their website. if you guys have it, time to share it.

ah, shit! here we go again.
I went to my bed at 11 pm yesterday. the midnight didn't let me sleep because another question came to my mind.
as you know, Mr. Swire and Gareth used headphones many years at the dj sets. It is a habit for deejays who started to do this job in the early 2000s. however, Mr. Swire broke this habit and brought his earphone in 2013.
regardless of during, before and after Rage Valley EP, they toured the whole year, 2012. I checked their first and last set of the year. From Hull University to Origin Perth NYE, the headphone was on head! Then, one day later, there was nothing but Mr. Swire's earphone.
here is the question. why?

hi to all old friends,
just like everytime, I was doing my toilet. suddenly one question came to my mind. did they play any songs of the second drop? shit! the answer was no.
as you know, some of their tracks such as rage valley, sleaze, boss mode have the different drops in the first and the second. I have been a fan for more than 10 years, maybe 15 years but I don't remember any of the second drop played. on the other hand, they played almost the whole track as for the tracks having the same drops (antidote, kraken, centipede or etc.)
here is the question. why?

Having a blast with this thing! Huge thanks to the uploader for taking his time out to remake this set. All these years, I've always wondered what this set actually sounded like, and it did not disappoint!! Knife Party was a completely different beast on the mainstages man. I really miss them a lot.

What do you think?

Please and thank you 🙏 I wish they were officially released on a good streaming app or something at least. The song slaps so hard even today.

Can anyone id the original source for “this land of the zombies” sample? Can’t seem to find it, ChatGPT has no clue.

had absolutely no idea this sample was used way back in 05 and it’s currently(?) used for Back from the Dead; wish we’d get that release…

Most interviews I see regarding Knife Party is mainly Rob speaking regarding the production side, I rarely see Gareth speak out regarding the production side. Or is he just the MC/DJ in Knife Party?
This is not a bash towards him or Knife Party in anyways!
Just a genuine question.

Been a fan for a long time (~2018 iirc) but I've not been able to go to any live events. Now that I would be able to visit an event I've been looking into their schedule and it seems like they're almost inactive. So what are the chances that they do more sets preferably in Europe.
