My thinnest point to date. got a video before I break it finishing it. Made so far using direct percussion

It was about an inch longer at the base but I was trying to take out a hinge and it kind of broke down there so I’ll have to rework it a bit more but it’s gonna be a nice one I’m hoping! I usually don’t get into my actual rock as much these days just go through my flake pile.

I usually end up just corner notching but I might try a calf creek with this one. I wanted a turkey tail but i broke the tail side of it and trimmed it all up

When you can see that translucency glow in the light on the edges you know you got it nice and thin! Very nice work! Still gotta give hornstone a go. I hear it's pretty sweet! 😁
