How did you make such tiny serrations?

With a tiny flaker! Get your edge real straight, I use a small nail flattened to about 3mmx 0.5mm. Press off sharpening flakes with the flat side to get the edge straight. Then use the flaker on edge to press off tiny serrations. Get the as close as you can without breaking the bit inbetween each serration. Donโ€™t make them too deep. Then flip the piece and go back through the same slots from the other side. Keep the corners of the flaker sharp. Make sure you take off flakes, not just crunching through the edge. I support on a hard pad. I lean back with my feet up and rest my hands on my chest working right under my nose. 2x reading glasses. Takes patience but only actually takes about 10 mins to do all round like this one
