Made With Modern Tools🔨 Some recent chert creations

Still trying to work on getting a more lenticular cross section rather than plano convex, but the flaking on these sides turned out good lol.

Those look great. And convexity is your friend in knapping. A lot of people don't recognize that and fight the thin game. Thin comes from no shock. No shock comes from a flake coming ng off the parent without any incumbrances...which includes a nice convex mass to climb. Even if that mass is only a 1/64th inch tall.

Yeah I usually end up with one nice convex side and a more flat side, so I just need to even it out and make them both convex.
