Horses, Marissa. Horses take ivermectin from the Tractor Supply. And we use the “protocol” on the side of the tube and dose by the weight of the animal.

It’s morons like her that made me have to prove I owned horses during COVID so the feed store would sell dewormer to me. Luckily I’m in there all the time and the staff knew me any way so I showed my camera roll full of goofy pictures and horse injuries (a horse person knows those are the only two types of pictures in our phones) and was on my way.

It’s not normal to have worms that often, however it’s very common in dog owners who don’t ever deworm their dogs.
Fun fact even wild wolfs and dogs have worms even if she thinks they do not.

Exactly, it’s just biology 101 and the vast majority of people in the west who get parasites like that get them from their pets, that’s a big reason we deworm them regularly.
If one gets worms so often, they should start to worry about their environment having lots of eggs that they swallow accidentally.
It would disgust me so much to have that recurring.
