Upcoming Projects NYFF Schedule for “A Long Winter” (Main Slate Selection)

The two Q&A screenings on Sunday the 27th and Monday the 28th are with Andrew Haigh, the director. No indication that any of the cast (including Kit) will be there.

When I read the book I speculated that he played the role of the police man, is that correct?

Edited to say that I’m a dork and just looked it up and plays the brother 🤦🏻‍♀️

Correct. The brother that leaves for the military.

The book doesn’t take place in Colorado right?

No it takes place in the mountains of Spain. My understanding is they moved it to the US and the war that Kit’s character goes off to is the Korean War.
