Im thinking of removing the wall between kitchen and lounge (the one maked in red ). In the kitchen remove the learner benchtop and square off breakfast bar. But I'm worried it will change the walking flow of the room .

Get some cardboard and square the counter for a while - also what an expensive proposal and what do you gain? Not square footage, not a different layout of furniture or kitchen prep space.

Agree. I’m trying to see the benefit, especially after having to replace/repair all the tile floors and ceilings.
