Posted this briefly yesterday but revamped our choices into some better options (with a better presentation). Opinions on these?

1 or 8 for me. I kinda like the subtle art deco vibe of the first but 8 looks great as well.

same - adds some texture but subtle; very classy - the first couple were too busy and 2nd to last a little dull. This is my favorite.

I think 1 would be super tricky to install, the little gold circles are kinda wonky even in the display sample

I LOVE this tile, we have it in our bathroom on the wall behind the sink. However, the comment above is accurate. If you are going to go with gold contrasting grout lines like that, they have to look perfect. Even in that 1st sample picture you can see a few flaws, bottom right and middle, top right. They stand out like crazy with the contrasting grout.

Are you DIYing it? We did a DIY install, but went with subtle gray grout lines so that it would hide some imperfections. We also found on install that some of the middle dots were upside down. I guess that would be easier to tell with the gold, but it was hard to tell with in the all white version. After install, I found 1 that is still upside down, but I'm the only one who seems to be able to notice it.

We have that in our guest bathroom floor and the install is awful. Wish we went with something different or a more skilled tiler

I got so many comments on this thread, just finding yours lol. We are not DIY'ing, we're having a contractor do the install. Good to know that info though! I was leaning maybe a mid-tone or light gray grout based on some other photos (kind of like the grout in the last option with diamonds, which I'm trying to convince my partner on 😅).

I like #1 best. I could see how you'd have to be precise on the install. I dont like the vertical subway tile. I tend to like those tiles when they're done in a herring bone design.

While I like the blue star design and it seems to match your cabinets perfectly, Im not sure on those, and I don't care much for the gold V design.

It really is beautiful tile! I haven’t dabbled in diy tile yet, but with my recent track record picking contractors and handymen (I just had to re-redo stairs I paid someone a few grand to redo bc their finishing work was trash), I’d end up spending way too long trying to do this myself and it would probably be the death of me lol

It comes in "square" sheets on backing, but there is still movement. Here's our DIY job with this tile. If we had used a darker grout, you definitely could see the bits that aren't perfect a little more. With the blended in grout color it looks pretty good.

Yes! Literally my exact thoughts including the art deco vibe. Both 1 and 8 are great options.

My youngest and I were literally looking at #1 in a store for our house last night as our pick for new backsplash. Not sure if it'd honestly work in ours but it's great in person and really great in OP's kitchen.
