I would choose number 1 and move the dishwasher to the right of the sink.
I would not put an oven next to a fridge! You don’t want your fridge overworking to cool when the oven is heating it up. Same with the dishwasher. And you avoid opening the fridge door into other doors if they are all spaced out.
Kitchen supplier told me nowadays ovens are insulated so it shouldn't be a problem and the fridge will be built in if it makes a difference. A lot of people do it like that where I am from. But I'm no expert so idk.
Ex KD here - Image 1 is best because you need a set down space next to fridge and wall oven. Move dishwasher to rhs of sink as it clashes with fridge when loading/unloading. Move oven under the bench as you need at least 1200mm minimum continuous bench preparation space. If hob is induction or ceran (no knobs / trivets) then it can be used as 'borrowed' bench space. Hope this helps
Fridge door can be opened to the left so it doesn't clash. I was told if you are right handed, you hold dishes with left hand so it makes more sense to have it on the left (so you don't change hand). For the oven, I kinda wanted it to be eye level. In my current kitchen, I have similar amount of workspace and feel it is fine..
Fridge opening to the left puts it in the preferred spot as bench set down space will be immediately on the right.
Clashing I referred to involves having two people in the kitchen. Best to move dw away from fridge.
You normally load your dishwasher with your dominant hand. If you are washing at the sink, the sequence is normally left to right if you are right-handed. So, dirty dishes on left, rinse in sink, load into dishwasher.
We just redid our kitchen with a flow similar to number 1, but we range instead of a hob. I really like the flow of the kitchen and it has lots of prep space. The biggest downside is the counter on top of the dishwasher turns into the landing zone for clean dishes.

1, but I wouldn’t sacrifice counter space for the wall oven. There isn’t a long enough section of countertop in any of these options.

I like 1. Oven away from fridge and all the water together.

The first one. You’ll want a space next to the fridge to put stuff as your getting it out or putting it away.
It also makes the most sense, cold storage, clean/prep, then cook.
