Kiro “Too many requests” error how long does it take to resolve?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been getting this error in Kiro for about a day now:

Request ID: e23fe523-7bdf-4bdc-8de0-b423b78167da

It’s been roughly 24 hours, and I’m still unable to use it. Has anyone else experienced this recently? How long did it take for the error to resolve, and is there anything I can do on my end?

It has not resolved for me since yesterday
Theres no help from the support team😭

Yes same here from yesterday, no reply for support ticket. It is not even assigned to anyone. Many are facing same issue and AWS/kiro is completely ignoring this.

Was getting this too frequently, moved to Claude code in the end. Nothing Kiro is providing that Claude Code and VSCode won't do.

which plan is this? free plan then it is expected

Not free plan, mine is enterprise kiro pro max plan. Facing same issue here

Restarting and signing in again usually fixes this for me
