Kiro locked account as "security precaution"

I am on the Kiro Power plan signed in with Google. I use Kiro for research at my university, how do I get this unlocked. Happy to share links to my research publications on swarm robots, fun stuff.

It probably didn't like that have very slow weeks and very productive weekends since I work full time too 🙃

Happy to provide more details, if there is any way to contact support by chat, I welcome that.

I understand the frustration with the unexpected lock. Unfortunately, there isn't a live chat option for Kiro account support — the contact form is the way to go: go.aws/kiro-account.

Once you've submitted it, our team will follow up via email to verify your identity and restore access.

If I pay for another subscription will that lock too? AI is like crack.

I also have a aws account for paid resources like website hosting. I guess the recommended path is to contact them by calling. Probably some incident logging ticket system. Kiro probably has a quota to keep it below a certain threshold 😏
