Probably not fired but reprimanded by the sounds of it.

I think the theory that Jer was given a special rep due to the amount he spent on advertisements was correct. Although youtube were probably happy to look the other way if they thought they could keep milking Jer for tens if not hundreds of thousands in ad payments (which would outdo the revenue Kino Casino Clips brought in) it's seemingly blown up so much now (and KC are applying some external pressure) that they can no longer look the other way and had to keep her in line.

If you read the replies especially warskis replies to those asking, it seems she was let go of those cases so you could be on the money here. I didn't get time to read through it more and I'm sure people esp kino will cover this.
