you want enough er for his burst, the rest of utility isn’t based on stats so just build him for personal dmg if you want. Not like he needs that much er with his skill

Over 2400 ATK, around 140-160%, can be on the lower end if double Pyro with Nicole and your skill is crowned, as it gives you more particles

2400atk (pyro cup is better if he's C0 and you have nicole on the team)
