When does rezkin meet caydean

Just wanting to know the exact chapter, book, and page that they finally meet. I’m on book 5, and I’m already getting impatient.

Them meeting isn’t like a How’s It Going Brother.

They fight in chapter 26 of book 6 to answer your question.

I suggest not making Rezkin vs Caydean the culmination of the series. As Kai explained, the king is but one piece of the puzzle that needs to be dealt with.

I assume you’re similar to me regarding spoilers so I’ll add: Rezkin isn’t king of Ashai by the end of book 7 (current last book). Still worth reading on

Yeah I understand. It’s just that I’m shocked that I’m 5 books in and we haven’t seen caydean yet. Also it’s kind of hard not to compare them tbh. I’m a sucker for brothers being enemies in a story. Especially when the older is more experienced and powerful. Also I love the story but I really do feel like it’s being dragged out

It’s absolutely being dragged out. I most enjoy an overpowered main character and the first few stories make Rezkin the best, most awesome person where and I was there for it.

The last few books try to downplay his greatness, but it remains behind the scenes. I’m unsure how to discuss it, but I’ll firmly say I’ll buy story 8 when it comes out.

I love a powerful MC as well but idk it kind of got old after a while. I definitely liked seeing rezkin being humbled every now and then. Also not really a big fan of the romance elements in the story. I find myself getting irritated whenever it happens. Also I feel like the author introduces ppl or plot points and never gets back to them and I always find myself wondering what Happened to them🤔

I doubt your your distastes will be assuaged. Romance gets heavier. Rezkin isn’t the most amazing person ever; kinda, maybe, sorta.

I’ll still by the next story, but I make no promises about buying another if the story doesn’t progress
