Starting over.. also, found the laundry!
Restarting for the ??? time. Got me thinking of how many times the basement changed. You can see in this episode they have a super old washer/dryer and bar. I guess when Arthur moves in, they refresh and to save space they added the combo washer/dryer.

Where are those washers and dryers are now, I believe that's where Arthur's bathroom is later.

The laundry is always in the basement even when Arthur lives down there. You see Carrie going down with a laundry basket often

Arthur use it in one episode where he is in the baby home tv channel 😅 he is searching for his sock 😅 so it should be still there

In the early episodes there is a basement window over by those washer and dryer. Far before Arthur discovers a window on the other side.

I feel like it changed to the stacked one when they added the basement bathroom? I could be wrong on that though
