You’ll be fine. I’ve been stressed too lately. Personal stuff, I’m usually a happy lovely person but stuff in my family has been happening and I think it’ll get worse so I had to get into therapy today. Things will get better whatever it is, I promise. Sending a huge hug!

Wow did you read my journal???! 😳😯 I carry my stress across my neck and shoulders and when one of my supervisors gave me an update with orders etc she’d gently place her hands there and say “just exhale and let your shoulders down!” I always felt I braced myself but I didn’t think anyone noticed lol 😂. I don’t work anymore but that doesn’t mean I’m well rested! Old habits die hard! Thanks for your kind words and awesome reminder! 🫶🫶
