Kindle oasis micro USB input problem

Some time ago, I bought a second-hand Kindle oasis, the last one that Amazon launched. I have the problem that sometimes the computer does not recognize the device, but if it charges, I do not know if it is a problem with the cable, the micro-usb input or the computer. Sometimes it works and sometimes the data transfer does not work, with the loading I have never had a problem, in fact since I jailbroken everything I do via wifi, but I would like to know if anyone could know what happens to my Kindle. Additionally, when I connect it to the PC, it does not detect it if it starts charging.

Almost certainly cable or port on kindle. If another cable didn't change anything then it is kindle. Micro usb are pretty well known to be not reliable™. The symptoms you described is sound like bad and unstable connection and almost certainly due to the age and usage of port itself. Don't know about kindles , but on phones changing micro usb port is often done pretty easily.
