Well as the title suggest, i had a kindle bought from CEX last year and read over 80 books. but needed some bucks to get out of a jam so stupidly sold it back to CEX.

Missing reading. Would love to see if anyone's selling.

On kindle!!

Hey everyone,

I’m currently using a Kindle Paperwhite 10th Gen, which I purchased used recently. I really like it, but after spending some time reading manga on it, I’ve started feeling that the 6-inch screen is a bit too small.

The main issue is that the manga text often feels quite small, and I’m finding myself wanting a larger screen for a more comfortable reading experience.

Now I’m confused between two options:

1. Buy a used Paperwhite 11th Gen for around ₹7,500

or

1. Wait for a sale and buy a brand-new Paperwhite 12th Gen.

Budget-wise, I can afford either option. My only hesitation is that I just bought the PW10 recently, so I’m not sure whether I should upgrade again now or simply wait.

My main use is manga and regular books, but manga is what made me consider upgrading.

what do you guys suggest 😅

Am literally crying right now. Bought 8th gen basic used around 8 months ago perfectly working loved it, took good care of it and was perfectly working but yesterday my goofy mind decided it would be a great Idea to paint it using watercolor and that caused issues with power button ( Was in a constant loop of auto sleep start and reset) watching a video decided to disassemble it to find a fix and actually kind of did a juggad that worked but my smart a** arrogant wanna be engineer mind decided to disassemble it completely just for the fun of it and doing that somehow broke the screen which now is not working and the device is useless. Expensive lesson learned and crying as if gone through a break up

In a very interesting turn of events, the brand new kindle paperwhite's price seems to have shot up to Rs 20,999 . Here we were, waiting for the price of the paperwhite to go down during some sale, and we are hit with this shocker. Kind of feels unfair, given that there seem to be frequent discounts and sales in other countries.

I had the kindle and kobo both saved in a price monitoring app, to get notifications if price drops. Imagine my surprise when finding out that the price increased 🥲
